Artist Illuminates The Dark Side With Her Cool Star Wars Fan Art Shadow Pieces

So we all know that Star Wars fans are pretty serious about their passion right? We can talk for hours on how they discuess possible fan theories and argue about certain topics such as which of the movies is the best or worst and which scene made or break the movie. One of these passions is to create fan art, Star Wars Fan Art is known to be very cool again because of the amount of passion the fans have for their brand, and this post is going to feature one very cool lady creating mind bending shadow artworks from just about anything. She’s called Red Hong Yi and she features some of the movie’s most popular characters like Darth Vader, Yoda, and Chewbacca. The items she use to create these shadow fan art are an eclectic mix from aluminum foil and cardboard cards to feathers and even chocolate cookies. MmMmMm….cookies.

When Red starts to align these materials on thin, long wires, you don’t really get what she’s doing. However, everything becomes clear when she points a single light from a lamp in just the right angle behind the ” messy ” and unorganized fabrics and food illuminating the final picture on the white wall. Portraits like R2D2, Princess Leia and a stormtrooper can be seen appearing out of thin air with the help of these suspended wire elements.
